Ansitz Heufler by Norbert Niederkofler

Since May 2025, Michelin-starred chef Norbert Niederkofler has been leading “Ansitz Heufler,” bringing new life to the historic residence every single day. “For me, Ansitz Heufler is a natural extension of our Cook the Mountain philosophy,” says Norbert Niederkofler. “Here, hospitality, culture, and local identity merge into an authentic experience. In the tavern, we serve dishes that tell the story of the mountains; the bar in the historic Rauchkuchl and the terrace invite guests to enjoy aperitifs and moments of connection; and breakfast begins each day with the honest flavors of the region.
