Since May 2025, Michelin-starred chef Norbert Niederkofler has taken over the management of Ansitz Heufler. “Ansitz Heufler is a natural extension of our ‘Cook the Mountain’ philosophy,” explains Norbert Niederkofler. “A place where hospitality becomes a vehicle for culture, identity, and genuine connection to the region.
