Where else but here? The winter landscape of the Antholz valley is tailor-made for extensive cross-country skiing activities: more than 60 kilometres of cross-country ski slopes are waiting to fascinate you around the glacier-rich Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park, amid sparkling forests and snow-covered three-thousanders such as the Magerstein, Hochgall and Wildgall. Whether classic or skating, beginners or experts: at an altitude of 1,000 – 1,650 metres, all your cross-country skiing wishes are fully satisfied on slopes such as the “Talloipe”, “Sonnenloipe”, various circuits and many more.
It is therefore no wonder that here, in the No. 02 region of the Dolomiti NordicSki Carousel, you can also find the famous Antholz Cross-Country & Biathlon Centre, where international cross-country stars train every year, and which invites you to follow the tracks of this winter sport's elite along 20 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes. If you want to try cross-country skiing for the first time or if you need the right equipment, you can always rely on our cross-country skiing instructors and rental services.
→ Our highlight: The slope called “Seeloipe”, which leads across the frozen Lake Antholz and offers wonderful views of the Rieserferner mountain range.
