Antholz Mittertal or Antholz Niedertal (see walk to the Grentealm) > from there up to the Grente cross > Rammelstein. The way back by the same path or passing by the Laneralm (1.829 m) > following the mark n. 4b > Unterhütten (1.671 m, no rest stops) > by the alpine path back to the road to Antholz, on the opposite side of the Biotope.
