The Tränkabachl Mill Trail starts either at the “Antholz Obertal, Müller” bus stop or – for those arriving by car – at the parking area near the Rieserferner material cableway. From there, simply follow the signs and cross the road.
The path runs alongside the gently babbling Tränkabachl stream and passes lovingly restored mills, old fences, and traditional dry-stone walls. The trail has a gentle incline, is well maintained, and ideal for a relaxing walk.

You can return the same way or take the bus back from the “Antholz Obertal, Steinzger” stop.
The Tränkabachl Mill Trail can be hiked flexibly in either direction, thanks to two bus stops located at the start and end of the route.
Whether you begin your walk from the top or the bottom: the “Antholz Obertal, Müller” and “Antholz Obertal, Steinzger” bus stops ensure easy and convenient access by public transport.
Bicycles are not allowed on the Tränkabachl Trail in order to preserve the peaceful character of the cultural path and ensure the safety of all hikers.
