The jogging route through the Rasner Möser is one of the most scenic running trails in the Antholz Valley. This varied loop combines the protected Rasner Möser nature reserve, peaceful forest sections, the area around the Walderhöfe farms, and the fishing pond in Antholz Niedertal.
One of the highlights of the route is the diversity of landscapes along the way: wetlands, forest trails, meadows, and the return section along the river provide plenty of variety and make this an ideal training route in the heart of nature.
The starting point is the Cultural Centre in Oberrasen.
From there, the route leads into the Rasner Möser nature reserve. Following the well-maintained paths through the wetland and natural area, runners continue towards the Walder farms.
The route then proceeds to the fishing pond in Antholz Niedertal.
For the return journey, follow the path along the river back to Oberrasen and the starting point at the Cultural Centre.
From the Pustertal road, turn into the Antholz Valley and drive to Oberrasen.
