There are no secrets as to how we come up with our culinary creations, we simply have a clear approach to what makes good food:
The use of local, natural, biological products that are fresh and seasonal. Artificial seasonings, additives and processed food are off-limits. We believe that this is the first requirement for an excellent meal. This alone however is clearly not enough. Imagination and creativity are also required- but above all we rely on our chefs special culinary skills and talent.
All of this is combined with great hospitality and excellent service. Part of South Tyrolean culture is South Tyrolean warmth; treating our guests comes naturally to us. Nothing has to be forced, as we gain pleasure by satisfying our guests. Every day that ends at our restaurant ends with a real highlight: a wonderful dinner with friends.
