Two Pastry Chefs, two different stories, one shared brunch.
On Saturday, 12 September, Alessio Billeci, Pastry Chef at Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler, and Michaël Boivin, Executive Pastry Chef at Castiglion del Bosco, A Rosewood Hotel in Montalcino, come together at Ansitz Heufler.
Both were awarded “Pastry Chef of the Year 2026” by Gambero Rosso in November 2025. Their meeting inspired the idea of creating something special together: an informal and convivial experience built around sharing and creativity.
Four acts. One shared brunch.
For this 4-Hands Brunch, Alessio and Michaël will create a menu together, presented in four acts:
Risveglio | The beginning.
La Tavola | The shared table and the heart of the brunch
Il Dessert | The sweet signature of the two Pastry Chefs.
Coccola Finale | One final indulgence to end the experience.
At the heart of the event is a dialogue between two personalities, cultures and culinary backgrounds, shaped by influences from France, South Tyrol and Tuscany.
A project by Atelier Moessmer, hosted for one day in the historic setting of Ansitz Heufler.
