With the new course series based on the cookbook “From Generation to Generation”, traditional farmhouse recipes are kept alive and passed on to future generations. Participants learn how to prepare typical South Tyrolean dishes together, just as they have been cooked in local families for many years. The focus is not only on preserving old recipes, but also on sharing knowledge, cooking techniques, and stories connected to traditional rural cuisine.
