This varied mountain hike combines several natural highlights of the Antholz Valley and is considered one of the region’s most diverse tours.
Starting at the Biathlon Centre in Antholz Obertal, the route first leads downhill towards Antholz Obertal and then across the scenic Kornbrente trail to Schwörzalm hut. From there, the hike continues along comfortable forest roads to Berger Alm hut and finally past the impressive Klammbach waterfall back to Antholz Mittertal.
The hike impresses with its wonderful combination of idyllic alpine huts, rushing waterfalls, peaceful forest trails and magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. The different trail sections and cosy mountain huts along the route make the tour especially varied and enjoyable.
The starting point is the Biathlon Centre at Lake Antholz.
From there, first follow trail no. 11 downhill towards Antholz Obertal. The route then continues along the Kornbrente trail to Schwörzalm hut.
From the alpine hut, continue along the pleasant forest roads no. 3B and no. 3 to Berger Alm hut.
Afterwards, the trail descends past the impressive Klammbach waterfall back to Antholz Mittertal.
The tour combines several scenic highlights and repeatedly offers beautiful viewpoints and places to stop for refreshments along the way.
Take bus line 431 from the Olang-Antholz train station to reach Lake Antholz, the starting point of the hike.

From the Pustertal Valley Road turn into the Antholz Valley and follow the road to Lake Antholz.
The starting point of the hike is located at the large paid parking area at the Biathlon Center.
