This varied circular hike leads from Oberrasen via the Mudler mountain inn to the panoramic Lutterkopf peak. The route combines shaded forest sections with open alpine terrain and impressive views of the Antholz Valley, the Pustertal Valley and the Dolomites.
After the initial ascent through the forest, the landscape opens up in the upper section and the path continues across open terrain to the summit. At the top of Lutterkopf peak, you are rewarded with a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding mountains – a true scenic peak.
The descent follows trail no. 5 to the serviced alpine huts Brunnerwiesenalm and Hochrautalm, which are perfect for a relaxing break.
