Variant Oberrasen:
Start in Oberrasen. Follow trail no. 3 towards Burgfrieden, then continue through the forest up to the summit of Hochnall.
Variant Niederrasen:
From Niederrasen, pass the Pfaffinger farms. After crossing the Antholz Valley road, continue to the forest edge. Follow the village trail to "Kunhäusl", where you join trail no. 3 and continue towards Burgfrieden. From there, the trail leads through the forest up to the summit of Hochnall.
Variant Redensberg:
From Redensberg (parking available), follow trail no. 4 through the forest towards Hochnall peak.
Experienced hikers can extend the tour along the ridge to Rammelstein peak. This section requires sure-footedness.
