The Niedertal circular trail is a pleasant and family-friendly walk around Antholz Niedertal. This varied route combines peaceful forest paths, open meadow landscapes and relaxing trails along the water.
Thanks to the gentle elevation and well-maintained paths, the tour is ideal for families with children as well as for walkers looking for a relaxing round in nature.
Along the way, you pass the fishing pond, the area around Bad Salomonsbrunn and peaceful natural sections along the stream and forest edge.
The starting point is Antholz Niedertal.
From there, first walk towards the fishing pond. Shortly before reaching it, follow the forest road towards Hofstatt Alm hut up to the Walderhöfe farms.
Afterwards, the asphalt road gently descends to the Bad Salomonsbrunn area by the river.
From there, follow the cycle path back towards the fishing pond and then continue straight ahead to the barbecue area.
At the barbecue area, cross the stream over a small bridge and finally return to the village centre of Antholz Niedertal.
Take bus line 431 from the Olang-Antholz train station or from Lake Antholz to the stop “Antholz Niedertal”.
