This scenic circular hike leads from Oberrasen to Lutterkopf peak and continues on to Durakopf peak. The route offers impressive views of the Antholz Valley, the Pustertal Valley and the Dolomites.
From the starting point, the path first ascends through the forest to the Mudler mountain inn, which is ideal for a first stop. From there, the trail continues through the forest up to Lutterkopf peak and then along the panoramic ridge to Durakopf peak.
The descent leads via the Taistner Vorderalm hut, where another refreshment stop is possible. From there, a pleasant forest road leads back to the Mudler mountain inn and finally back to Oberrasen.
