Seeber Bakery

Tradition you can taste

Seeber Bakery is a family-run business with a long-standing tradition. For several generations, we have been baking in our small, traditional in-house bakery, following time-tested recipes passed down from generation to generation and preserved unchanged to this day. What defines us is genuine, authentic craftsmanship – honest, down-to-earth, and shaped by experience.

At Seeber, every loaf of bread is handmade. We work using traditional production methods and consciously avoid mass production and industrial processes. Instead, we consistently focus on quality over quantity and on taking the time that you can truly taste.

We are known for our wide selection of bread and baked goods, all freshly prepared every day. Our Pusterer Breatl, in particular, has earned a reputation far beyond the Antholz Valley – many customers are happy to travel a little further to enjoy it.

Our strong roots in the Antholz Valley shape everything we do. Close relationships with our customers, trust, and personal connections are of great importance to us. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and the key measure of our work, as well as the driving force that motivates us to continue our baking craft with passion day after day.

Main Branch – Antholz Mittertal

Our main branch is located in the heart of the Antholz Valley, right in the centre of Antholz Mittertal, next to the church. The traditional bakery building houses not only the shop area, but also our small in-house bakery, where fresh bread is baked daily.

Here you will find our complete range of bread and baked goods – from the classic Breatl to seasonal specialties. In addition, we offer breakfast and coffee, ideal for a short break or a great start to the day.

Branch – Antholz Niedertal (“Golmarket”)

Our branch in Antholz Niedertal is designed as a combination of bakery and small grocery store. The focus is on bread and baked goods, complemented by a compact selection of groceries as well as fresh fruit and vegetables.

The “Golmarket” is practical, well-organised and ideal for quick shopping – perfect for everyday supplies in the valley.
