- Payment: cash payment or instant bank transfer possible
- Deposit: written reservations are made by e-mail. The reservation is only valid after receipt of the deposit
- Check-in: from 2.00 p.m.
- Check-out: until 10.00 a.m.
- Cancellation policy:
- In case of cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be retained
- In case of late arrival or early departure, the agreed daily rate will be charged in full
- Final cleaning included for stays of 7 nights or more
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation

In addition, you’ll enjoy many other exclusive advantages. This guest card is included in the price of your room and is therefore a particularly generous welcome gift!
Good to know:
- You will receive the Kronplatz Guest Pass in digital form after checking in.
- If you would like to use the guest card for your arrival by public transport, you can receive it in advance through a pre-check-in!
IMPORTANT: The digital Guest Pass must be validated before each journey – on buses directly when boarding, and for train rides at the station before getting on.
