We, the Schöpfer family, are delighted to welcome you to our home – a former farmhouse in the heart of the village, lovingly transformed with respect for tradition into a modern and cozy holiday house.
Whether you are planning an active ski holiday with your family or a romantic getaway for two, you will find the perfect place here to arrive, unwind, and feel at ease.
In addition to our holiday house in Oberrasen, we also offer two other lovingly furnished apartments:
- A modern apartment in Percha near Bruneck, ideally located close to Kronplatz
- A charming maisonette apartment in Niederrasen, perfect for families and couples

Your Holiday in the Piz da Perés Apartment
Welcome to our spacious family apartment offering more than 80 m² of living space – ideal for 2 to 7 guests.
Here you will experience a harmonious blend of comfort, coziness and alpine charm.
The modern living kitchen with a cozy corner bench and a large dining table is perfect for shared cooking moments with family and friends. In the living room, the tiled stove provides pleasant warmth – ideal for relaxing on the sofa bed after an active day.
The apartment features two lovingly furnished bedrooms:
- Bedroom I: 1 double bed and 2 single beds – perfect for families
- Bedroom II: 1 double bed with its own en-suite bathroom (shower & WC) for additional comfort
A second spacious bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin completes the layout.
Large windows offer beautiful views of green meadows, apple trees and the majestic Olang Dolomites, as well as the nearby Kronplatz ski area.
On the covered terrace on the second floor, you can enjoy sunny hours in complete privacy – a peaceful retreat to unwind.

The generous living space with cozy seating area, sofa, TV and modern built-in kitchen offers everything you need for relaxing holiday days. The elegant bathroom with rain shower provides wellness moments, while the quiet bedroom with solid wood double bed ensures restful sleep. An additional double bed in the living area is available for extra guests.
Large windows facing three directions open up breathtaking views of the Rieserferner mountain range.
Start your day with breakfast on the sunny, covered terrace – complete with lounge seating, dining area and a view of Kronplatz.
