Our beautiful farm and the adjoining guesthouse are located in a quiet, sunny position on the edge of the forest, about 2 kilometres from the centre of Oberrasen. Surrounded by meadows and woods, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Antholz Valley, its impressive mountain landscape and the Kronplatz. Peace and relaxation, far from noise and stress, are guaranteed for all our guests.
The unique natural scenery and largely untouched surroundings will delight you and make the most beautiful days of your year truly unforgettable. Families with children are especially welcome, thanks to the safe surroundings and authentic farm atmosphere.

We offer 6 double bedrooms and 4 spacious, comfortable holiday apartments. All apartments are furnished in a practical and cozy style: bathrooms with shower/WC (some with bidet), balcony, coffee machine, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
Guests also have access to ample on-site parking, a small children’s playground, a barbecue area and a ski storage room.
In winter, you can unwind after a wonderful day of skiing in our Finnish sauna, complete with a relaxing rest area and direct outdoor access.
We offer our rooms and apartments with breakfast or half board. After a restful night, a delicious farm-style breakfast with many homemade products awaits you; in the evening, enjoy mother’s cooking – varied, traditional and full of flavor.

The local tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per day is charged separately. Children under 14 years are exempt.

The Oberstallerhof stands for genuine South Tyrolean hospitality: a traditional dining room, regional and farm-fresh cuisine, and a warm family team – Roberta in the kitchen and Felix in service – ensuring you feel at home from the very first moment.
Whether you prefer room only, bed & breakfast, or half board, you can choose flexibly how you would like to enjoy your stay.
In winter, our Finnish sauna offers the perfect place to relax (available in summer on request).
The farm provides an open parking area, playground, barbecue area, ski room, and many animals such as cows, goats, cats, and our dogs Benno and Eddy – ideal for families and nature lovers.
Located in the heart of the Antholz Valley, the Oberstallerhof is the perfect starting point for hikes and mountain tours, surrounded by nature yet centrally situated.

The Kronplatz Guest Pass is your key to a world of attractions and benefits! Thanks to your hosts, you can use all public transportation throughout South Tyrol free of charge. In addition, you’ll enjoy many other exclusive advantages. This guest card is included in the price of your room and is therefore a particularly generous welcome gift!
Good to know:
- You will receive the Kronplatz Guest Pass in digital form after checking in.
- If you would like to use the guest card for your arrival by public transport, you can receive it in advance through a pre-check-in!
IMPORTANT: The digital Guest Pass must be validated before each journey – on buses directly when boarding, and for train rides at the station before getting on.
