Here, peace, nature, and modern comfort come together. Our house is beautifully located in the idyllic Antholz Valley – surrounded by meadows, forests, and the majestic peaks of the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park.

In summer, you can start your hikes, bike tours, or a trip to Lake Antholz right from the accommodation.
In winter, perfectly groomed cross-country trails, ski areas, and winter hiking paths await you nearby.
Apartment
Our beautiful and spacious holiday apartment at Haus Erlenhof is located on the ground floor, with a terrace and direct access to the shared garden. It is perfect for families or couples. The apartment is about 90 square meters in size and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating, a large kitchen, and a living room with an additional sleeping option. You’ll stay right in the middle of nature, surrounded by meadows, forests, and mountains, away from the road. The center of Antholz Mittertal is about 1.5 to 2 kilometers away.
Just 200 meters from our house, you’ll find the bus stop for the ski bus and local bus. With the digital Kronplatz Guest Pass you receive from us, you can use public transport free of charge and enjoy additional benefits. The beautiful Lake Antholz with its biathlon stadium is about 4 kilometers away. In winter, the cross-country ski trail passes directly by our house and runs through the entire valley. The Kronplatz ski area is about 15 kilometers away, and our village also has a small ski lift, the skilift Riepen. In summer, our house is a perfect starting point for hikes. So come and enjoy an exciting yet relaxing holiday with us!

The local tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per day is charged separately. Children under 14 years are exempt.

In our family-run house, there are also two smaller apartments for rent in the attic.
One apartment is a cozy studio with a balcony, kitchenette, shower/WC, and double bed.
The second apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/WC, a kitchen, and a balcony.
For guests who prefer to stay in the village of Antholz Mittertal, we also rent out a ground-floor apartment with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, and terrace.

The Kronplatz Guest Pass is your key to a world of attractions and benefits! Thanks to your hosts, you can use all public transportation throughout South Tyrol free of charge. In addition, you’ll enjoy many other exclusive advantages. This guest card is included in the price of your room and is therefore a particularly generous welcome gift!
Good to know:
- You will receive the Kronplatz Guest Pass in digital form after checking in with us.
- If you would like to use the guest card for your arrival by public transport, you can receive it in advance through a pre-check-in!
IMPORTANT: The digital Guest Pass must be validated before each journey – on buses directly when boarding, and for train rides at the station before getting on.
