Welcome to House Auerbrunn
Our house is located in Anterselva di Sotto at an altitude of 1,124 meters, in a quiet, sunny position surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. The large garden invites you to relax, offers plenty of space for playing, and features a cozy barbecue area.
In summer, our house is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, and a variety of outdoor experiences. The trails lead through meadows and forests up to alpine huts, mountain refuges, and peaks. Nearby, you’ll also find a bike park, climbing garden, and fishing pond – perfect for fun and variety.
In winter, you can start directly from the house onto the cross-country ski trail. The ski bus conveniently takes you to the biathlon and cross-country skiing center at Lake Anterselva (1,650 m) or to the Kronplatz ski area (2,275 m). The snow-covered mountains also invite you to ski, toboggan, snowshoe, or go ski touring.
The nearby Lake Anterselva is a natural highlight at any time of year.

It features a bedroom with three beds, a cozy living and sleeping area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The bathroom with shower and WC, along with the balcony and garden, offer extra comfort and a pleasant atmosphere.
Apartment 2
Our 34 m² holiday apartment accommodates 2–3 people and is perfect for couples or small families.
It includes a bedroom with three beds and a fully equipped kitchen-living area.
The bathroom with shower and WC, the balcony, and the beautiful garden invite you to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The local tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per day is charged separately. Children under 14 years are exempt.

- If you would like to use the guest card for your arrival by public transport, you can receive it in advance through a pre-check-in!
IMPORTANT: The digital Guest Pass must be validated before each journey – on buses directly when boarding, and for train rides at the station before getting on.
