Our house is located in Anterselva di Sotto at an altitude of 1,124 meters, in a quiet, sunny position surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. The large garden invites you to relax, offers plenty of space for playing, and features a cozy barbecue area.
In summer, our house is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, and a variety of outdoor experiences. The trails lead through meadows and forests up to alpine huts, mountain refuges, and peaks. Nearby, you’ll also find a bike park, climbing garden, and fishing pond – perfect for fun and variety.
In winter, you can start directly from the house onto the cross-country ski trail. The ski bus conveniently takes you to the biathlon and cross-country skiing center at Lake Anterselva (1,650 m) or to the Kronplatz ski area (2,275 m). The snow-covered mountains also invite you to ski, toboggan, snowshoe, or go ski touring.
The nearby Lake Anterselva is a natural highlight at any time of year.
